Noni fruit juice

It contains anti obesity quality which lower down the fat storage in our body. It also helps in improving diet induced obesity.

To prepare this juice

  1. Take a freshly cut aloevera leaf.
  2. Remove the yellow secretion from it as it might be harmful for your body. 
  3. Now extract the gel from the leaf. 
  4. Blend it in a blender along with some water.

Amla or Indian Gooseberry juice



Amla or indian gooseberry is full of many nutrients that are helpful in weight loss. 

It is rich in Vitamin C which act as an astringent. According to a study astringents do help in weight loss.

Method

  1. To prepare amla juice first take some fresh and clean amla. 
  2. Cut them into small pieces and remove its seed. 
  3. Blend them in a blender.
  4. You'll get a paste like consistency. Mix that paste in a glass full of water. 
  5. Add roasted coriander powder and black salt.

Apple cider vinegar 



Though it is slightly unappropriate to place it under juices category but you certainly cannot skip it when we are talking about the drinks for weight loss. 

Everyone now a days is well aware about the wonder ACV does in weight loss. 

100 grams of apple cider vinegar contains only about 22 calories. 

The acids in ACV will make you feel fuller for a longer period of time. That way it'll help you in cutting down excess intake of food. 


To prepare this drink

Simply add 1 spoon full of ACV in a glass full of water and consume it on a empty stomach.
