How to do manicure naturally at home

We have always been very considerate towards how our hair and face should look.

How to maintain the health of our hair, how to take care of our face but while all this goes on, we forget about the other parts of our body.

Beautiful hands can catch as much attention as our face does. But then also we overlook them.

Sometimes its because we cannot afford to pay so much for a simple manicure.

So today I'll be sharing simple tricks by which you can actually do your manicure at home by yourself that too in just 7 simple steps.

How to do manicure at home

Step 1

  • Wash your hands with a medicated soap or hand wash.
  • Remove your nail paints with a good quality nail paint remover.
  • Cut your nails into your preferred shape. You can also give them a traditional oval, rounded or square shape.

Step 2

File away all the rough edges with the help of a filer. Filing your nails makes them stronger.

To file your nails simply move your filer forward and backward on your nails.

Clip away all the dead skin on the sides of the nails carefully without hurting yourself.

Step 3

  • Fill half of a tub with warm water.
  • Add 2 teaspoons of honey into it.
  • Now add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • You can also add some bath salt to it.
  • Soak for 5 to 10 minutes or more.
  • With the help of a brush clean insides of your nails.
  • Push back the cuticles of your nails with the help of the handle of a nail filer. Clip them away

Step 4

Though there are many homemade manicure scrub, this simple honey, lemon and sugar scrub is suitable for all skin type.

  • Mix 2 teaspoons of powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and 2 teaspoon of honey.
  • You can also add 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil, if you want.
  • Apply it on your hands.
  • Scrub in circular motion atleast for 2 to 3 minutes before rinsing in lukewarm water.
  • Pat dry with a soft towel.
Sugar will melt because of the heat of the palms which will gently exfoliate your skin dead cells away.

#You can have allergy with lemon juice as it might be strong for some people. Patch test is recommended.

Step 5

You must be having your own homemade diy to make an effective mask, but to prepare this simple mask, you'll need -
